Azmadi Arena/Lightning Warp bugged

I just got to Azmadis arena in Qimah Reservoir.
Right outside the arena i can still use Lightning Warp on my Ball Lightnings
Right inside the arena once the bossfight starts i can no longer use Lightning warp on Ball lightning

With lightning warp being my damage skill it basically means i no longer do any sort of damage :(

Also happens for me. Cannot warp to the ball lightning projectiles while fighting boss.

This also happens to me, can't warp to ball lightning. This only happens in the Azmadi boss room.

Issue happening to me too in the map boss version.

I have also noticed it happens on the walkways up to the platform in the sun temple map boss, but thankfully doesn't actually happen on the arena part.
