Forge Hammer Not working as a Slam

Forge hammer does not work as a slam skill unless you actually warcry it. For example, the way I am playing right now I like to throw the hammer, recall, throw and so on. Aftershock support gems do not work, and neither do support gems that ancestrally boost the skill. They only trigger if I use a warcry on the hammer.

Forge hammer does not cause aftershock on the initial throw.
Also please ensure that it works with Split the Earth and Behemoth notables, as well as Mace Aftershock Chance small passive node.

+1, tested it as well, neither ancestral boost not aftershocks from the gem, tree or the Titan ascendancy work for the skill.

Ancestral boost damage bonus from Titan ascendancy was working, even if the animation isn't. Unsure if the area bonus is being applied.

Really hoping they get aftershocks fixed, or just clarify the tool tips if it's working as intended.
