The yeti in the howling caves show up in the map with the x without me going to the cave, when i went there i didnt get the two passive skill points. i wiil never get those now?

How?

This issue still seems to be present. I noticed that the icon was crossed out after going in to grab the waypoint then going back to fight Rakkar then grabbing the next waypoint before fighting this boss.

I was still able to go in and fight him for the ice tusks and got the skill book after returning the horn to Hilda.
