Sphinx Mystic Isn't Working!!

My Sphinx Mystic isn't working, i've tried everything, but i can't make it work DD:

Can any Dev or Mod update whether Sphinx Mystic will be able to identify items in POE2?

It decrease the value if it cannot do anything and not interactable

I am considering purchasing the pack but if its not working then i will pass
