This new Desecrated mod "increased life regeneration rate during effect of any life flask" does not appear to be working with the Unique Life flask "Blood of the Warrior Gargantuan Life Flask"

+1, noticed the same issue today. Not sure if it's only tooltip (or it does not show when full life)

depends on your global life regen rate and the % applied during flask effect.
