POE 2 boss Kanu

During the boss fight I died but killed him at the same time. The game is glitched and the mission still has me needing to fight him. I hit escape and respawned at last checkpoint. It does the animation of the second part of the fight but then Kanu rises in the air and then shoots off the screen towards the bottom right. I dont know how to fix this issue.

Same issue here, died the same time the boss died. Game is hard locked, I can re-spawn at check point and and watch Kanu dissapear over and over. Please fix this BUG asap, game breaking for at least 30 people in forums by the look of it.

Dying after defeating the boss seems to be very common. It just happened to me and now I have the very same bug.

i have exact the same issue , this means we can no longer play?
