Derelict Mansion Boss script bricked again after 0.3.0b [#1796824333]

So, first of all, access to the map from the Atlas had a graphical bug, so i had to close the maps around the boss at random, details in the screenshots below.

The indicator points to the map with the boss itself, not the key map:  After I cleared the map from above, access was opened:   Second, after entering the arena, the bosses did not activate, the exit was open, several more monsters were killed, and a second attempt to enter the arena blocked the exit and activated the Varloch script.
