Can't full clear Limestone Hideout

I've just run the Limestone Hideout. There are no more aggressive monsters. The quest log shows that all rare monsters have been defeated but it says there are 9 monsters remaining and the only thing left is many non-targetable jellyfish.

same problem here, 11 monsters left in quest log but nothing left exept those little jellyfish
