Abominable Yeti didn't give me skill points

I killed the Yeti in the howling caves and something must have happened but I never got the skill point from it. It stayed lit up showing I had the ability to still do it, so I tried that twice and nothing happened. Now it's crossed out like I've done it, killed it again just to make sure and still nothing. Character stuck 22/24 passives and I've done everything else.

I too have this problem. I have killed that darn Yetti over 15 times with no skill points except my map icon is still showing that it can be done. With no ex and darkend out. I am suck on 20/24 skill points.

Ive not even ENTERED the "Howling Caves" yet........but the icon for this YETI is already "greyed out" on the map!

I ended up here after a premeditative search coz im expecting issues after i go in and kill it.....for my FIRST time :/
