waystone drops are broken?

Saw a clip taht showed if your on the strictest filter you wont be seeing waystones so check that.
i had checked my filter its working fine =/
I have the same probleme since 0.3

I like to play out off meta builds I cook myself so sometimes (like now) it's a bit fragile so I have to avoid somes mods on waystones.

The problem now is : because of the new modifier system waystone have way more chance to have those modifiers I really have to avoid.
This with the waystone drop chance of 0.3 results in not having any T15 map to run because those I have are deadly for my off meta character.

I got all the waystone drop chance in atlas tree so I'm always arround +85% waystone drop chance and I often got only 1 ws. Sometimes 0 and rarely 1.

I'm pretty sure it's not a problem when running an S+ tier build but it's a real problem when trying to play something really out of meta

I'm not asking for a drop rate of 0.2 version but something between this and what we have now would be enough to sustain maps average skilled players or out of meta builds.
