Unexpected disconnections, sound and constant game freezes

Go to a new area, teleport to town or to hideout, going back through portal gives an unexpected disconnection. It got so bad that the game bricked itself, couldn't load up any character or make a new one. Deleted game and reinstalled it which didn't work. 3 days it's taken of constantly redownloading the game for it to partially work again. Missed out on all the omens from black forest because the caches don't give an option to open them, the loot from plunder Island and many more on top of this. Then there's the sound, as someone who makes music, the sound doesn't have its own channel so rather it be clean like it was pre patch, its forced through the same which distorts it and then bugs out because it can't handle it and becomes something of an 80s Nintendo sound. When the game actually works, it jitters, no game pause and just freezes for a second (long enough to be ganked and lose xp and of course the loot)

Similar issues on my end, and the problem is the support is just directing me to the forums to find a solution, but no one is trying to fix or troubleshoot the issue
