Charge Profusion II not working with Combat Frenzy

The 15% chance to grant an additional random Charge is not working. I'm pretty sure I generated Frenzy Charges consistently for the entire map while having Charge Regulation to consume them as well. But I'm only getting Frenzy. No other charges are generated

Same issue here, is this an oversight or a total bug?

same tested it with profain rit with cast on aliment and it works just fine but doesnt work with combat frenzy hopefully they fix this soon
