Boss fight stuck in prefight animation (Derelict mansion)

Hi

On derelict mansion the boss Varloch and avelyn are stuck in their prefight animation and unable to attack or be attacked. Relogging, restarting at checkpoint do not fix. In melee range of avelyn dancing and she won't agro onto me.

For me, Varloch suddenly activated when I re-entered after some tries and defeated him but Avelyn still dancing. lol

I used the skill 'Unearth'and it worked.
