Derelict Mansion Bug

I stuck in Derelict Mansion. I cannot warp to other players too. I cannot go out of boss room becasue doors are closed.

boss not start fight

Fight with boss doesn't start sometimes, same issue for me today

For the boss not starting: you can use a low level Unearth on the lady, which will then start the fight.

you can follow what superdreddie said. Unearth starts to boss encounter. At least it did for me. This is an old bug.
A calm and reasonable person.
