MILAN server consisten lag spike

MILAN server suffer of consistent lag spikes every 10 to 20 minutes
thise lag spikes last as long as 2 seconds sometimes
please take a look thanks

The problem is in all servers. I ve tried Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and the same result. It is currently unplayable.

I've configured all in low graphic and sound settings just but no results.
(RTX 4070, Ryzen9)
