Ritual alters not interactable 0.3

I keep running into ritual maps were at least one of the alters will not allow me to interact with it at all, causing me to not be able to complete the ritual part of the map. I can use the other 3 on the map, but not one of them. Kinda anoying.

Had a similar issue, but after running around and killing some (sometime invisible mobs) you can interact with ritual again. (at least worked for me)
