A minor raise shield suggestion

I do like the current raise shield you have made so far, no excessive problems currently with it. This suggestion isn't a must have or anything but maybe something interesting.

Give raise shield the "strike" tag.

The range on it is pretty small so i already consider it a strike but not in name. It could be interesting to put some of the strike supports on it too.

I'm all for the shield love
