Quarterstaff - this skill cannot be used

Can't use such support gems on quarterstaff strike:
charge profusion, rakiata's flow

When I'm changing weapon slot from 1 to 2 - I can't use this skill.
Weapon is availible to use, all other skills are working great.

Upd. Maybe something wrong with changing build from palm strike.
Got no ideas whats wrong.

Wondering the same thing. Is this a bug or are we doing something wrong?
