Sinking Spire precursor tower without stairs

Hello, as the title says, I just ran into a bug with the Sinking Spire precursor tower, where no stairs spawns to progress the map.


I assume it might have something to do with the spawn of the Abyss, but that is just a wild guess.

Pretty sure it's caused by activating the monolith boss spawn thing (bottom left corner on your map).
