After last patch my atlas has changed

After opening the game after last patch (0.3c):
- One node on my atlas I had marked as being castaway is now cliffside instead.
- Red areas in the fog indicating corruption nexus are gone. At first I thought maybe their position were rerolled and I just didn't have any nearby anymore. However I remembered where was the one I was going for next and sure enough it was still there. So I can confirm beam in the fog is not there. This matches other reports of not finding citadels/or revealing citadels where there was no beam.
