Character STUCK during Kulemak fight on alter/fissure

First time down there. I was all excited to try the new boss. When I selected I believe was the last choice to return the finger my character was stuck where the alter was and the fissure appeared. I could not move at all. I still won the fight but then I could not pick up the loot (even though you see an X for me to grab it Controller, PS5).

I tried gating out and back.
I tried rolling in every direction.
I went and bought a mace and spec'ed Leap Slam.

Nothing worked, I never received my loot.

As I rolled around it did move the order of the loot as you can see in the pictures but I could never pick it up :(

use disengage worked for me
