Currency Exchange

The currency exchange will not clear. It still holds all the items I have transacted in the first league. I tried the league migration option but that does not work either. Any other options to clear this out. I am unable to do any orders due to all slots are full...

Log in as a standard character, talk to Alva in Act 3, open Act 4, find Ange and remove the orders.

Is there a way around this if all old league characters are deleted? I also have slots taken up from previous leagues, but no longer have any characters in them. I have already tried migrating all but nothing changed in the new league currency exchange.
