Getting really sick of dying after a boss dies

Probably 10+ times this league I've killed a boss, felt that moment of relief and looked at the loot, only to die to some virtually invisible AOE or something. This feels broken - when you kill a boss it should stop any possible damage from it. I just finished a trial of chaos, saw a chance orb drop, but died a couple of seconds after the boss somehow and lost all of the loot. Pretty game-breaking IMO.

Anybody else finding this happening a lot?
