Rhoa Mount not Spawning with 100s of spirit and active

Waiting hours making a ranger and getting to suport level 14 only for the Rhoa Mount to not work. Apparently this site is too old for screenshots lol. Now level 70 with active skill and Mount tab active on controller and not working pressong the assigned action. Got to menú spawning buttons for me to press spacebar and this is an Xbox console. What a crap fest!
