treasure of utzaal bugged

I got 2nd character on 13.09.2025 to treasure of utzaal quest and after killing boss nothing happend, hammer did not dropped. it was on character named " tiltedplusdepressedzxc " on this account . i tried creating new instance on waypoint, killing again, log off and log on - nothing happened. i really dont want to create new characted because of this bug, so i really need your help.
