I think I might have the same issue. Because I've been unable to find a pattern in the crashes aside from that it appears to be happening on a relatively similar frequency.

Below, you'll find relevant specs. I also captured the the crash with process monitor (filtered to "PathOfExile.exe"). As it potentially contains personally identifiable information I won't share it publicly. But if someone at GGG sees this post and could use the logs to produce a fix, please reach out.
I'll also try to capture another with more context for the next crash.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
Driver: Game Ready Driver - 581.29 (2025-09-10)
Renderer: DX12 (although I have tried Vulkan, and I had similar crashes)
