damage hitting life and energie shield at the same time (POE 2)

so ive just switched my build in poe 2 from crit lightningwarp to a tankier build with CI and i noticed that im beein hit in life before ES. i dont use any potions that take away life and i have over 10k ES. for some reason im just beeing oneshot while my ES is still at 10k. idk if its a bug but i dont know what would meke me get hit in file istead of my ES

sry for bothering you but i legit cant play bc im perma dead with this bug/missplay in my medioker game Knowledge <3

Do you have (still) taken the notable "Heavy Buffer"?
