Issue Resolved: Infernal Warcry not activating

Resolution: The Issue is weapon does not allow warcry


Infernal warcy not activating when selected. It worked initially and then stopped in Act 2. Now in Act 3 and still not activating when selected. This is critical for Forge Hammer usage.

I have:

* confirmed that I meet the requirements
* tried without any support gems
* used a different mouse
* zoned to different areas
* restart
* tried with low-level groups, rares, and uniques
* tried different button assignment
* prayed to all the gods, the old and the new
