SIMULACRUM SPLINTER getting allocated wrong in Stash Tab

I have a delirium tab and the affinity is set to delirium, at the top the tab has the splinters.
I also have a tab that I set to "Fragment" and now all of my splinters go to the tab with the fragment affinity. I think its a bug and the game should check if someone has the delirium tab and put the splinters there, regardless of the fragment affinity.

Maybe I do something wrong here?
