Character Now Unplayable, Game Ruining Bug

Left a Map and now can't play my character

14 intelligence has disappeared off my toon

My spirit skills are ON, but I am sitting at 125/155 spirit unreserved. No buffs are active at all and cant be turned on. Turning skills on and off does not help

My lvl 18 chaos bolt wand is set at the right dmg, but my Essence Drain is not. None of the Global Modifiers are applying, just the support gem level. Missing a +11 global. Stats are enough for all the items...

Randomly happened after a map, logging in and out is not helping, changing locations is not helping

I am on PS5. I have seen others in Global chat mention this as well

Have determined it is my Wand and Focus that are bugged for some reason.

Withered Wand- Chaos Bolt damage is correct because its weapon based. Not applying the +5 Chaos spells to anything else

Druidic Focus: the +28 Intelligence on it is not applying, nor is the +3 to all spells. I dont think any of the other stats are applying as well.

My Solar amulet IS applying its +3 to all spells.

I pushed my Intelligence over 200 to make sure it wasnt a UI issues and things wearnt counting bv intelligence dropped lower. Things are still screwy and I can't play my toon anymore on T15 maps....

And Spirit cant be reserved still, even though it says the spirit skills are active

2nd Update:

So looks like what is happening is when I leave a map everything automatically is Turning off- All my buffs and Modifiers are removed outside of Mapping. When I enter a map and start to get going, everything starts off, then it randomly comes back on. My spirit skills come on after about 2 minutes. But to clarify, when I start the map, the global modifiers are not active, they take some kills to start being counted for some weird reason
