Items disappeared from equipment

Hello,

Today my The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour start disappears from equipment at enter to the map and after back to hideout.

Small update. Issue is on PS5 version. Only fourth socket at Herald of Ash cause problem and disappearing of armour after enter the map or leaving the map if i put gem in to the socket durin the map. Any kind gem on fourth socket cause issue. After game reset fourth socket is empty and gem is dissapeaing.
