Rare rings and amulets are super rare?

I'm level 75 at the moment and so far only 9 rare rings and 7 rare amulets have ever dropped for me throughout the entire game. I don't know if this is some bug or I'm just extremely unlucky. I'm pretty sure this is some fluke since since I can see hundreds of thousands of rare rings on the trade site, but is anyone else experiencing this?

I’m not finding relevant drops period. This is the same loot probabilities we started with last season that wasn’t fun, GGG then ups the drop rates drastically, it’s fun…next season the exact same low drop rates!

I don’t know how you can have a loot game without loot and think it’s in an okay place. I love this game, but I’m dreading logging in at times because as a monk I never find quarterstaves!

Apparently they want us to create all the characters and switch back and forth constantly to have gear we can use. Super fun.
