Expanse support gem does not apply to shattering palm explosion.

Quaterrstaff skill Shattering palm only gets partial benefit from the support gem expanse: the increased area of effect bonus from the support gem is applied to the shard attachment radius, but it does not affect the icy explosion "explosion radius" part of the skill at all.

This behavior is inconsistent compared to other support skill gems, like magnified area I/II that do affect both AoE radiuses of the skill.

Bump. I see that in 0.4 the isssue still remains: expanse support gem still does not apply to explosion size of the shattering palm.
