Text for Perfect Essences is not really correct.

As far as I know, perfect essences don't remove a modifier from every modifier the item has. They remove either a suffix or prefix, depending on what they can add.

I wasted about 100 exalts buying omens to only remove the proper affix, only to find out that it wasn't needed.
