Salvage Bench and Forge doesn't carry over to Softcore if die in Hardcore

This doesn't feel right because it's punishing for people who starts the league playing hardcore and if they die, they must create a new character in softcore to get those back.

I intend to continue playing my dead character as pinnacle boss practice so this is very punishing for new starting out hardcore players.
