Crowbell boss in maps does not phase--map incomplete+lossin 10%exp

I have done the map with crowbell bos as the main encounter about 10 times, there was only 1 time he went to phase 2. all the other times he did not ever rip the bell off or go to the door in the second room. he just lost half his health and at that point beame invincible just running around the map in hid first form. You cant portal out in boss fights so the only way to escape is to lethim kill you. thank god im not hardcore or it would brick that run. I have ran around every part of the map, theres no new mechanic that im missing. It has caused me to lose about a full level in exp. please fix this interaction.

Just had the same thing in a juiced map. Overrun abyss, and didn't loot the boxes beforehand to make sure to keep my HH stacks and he got stuck being untargetable and not phasing. Wasted juiced map, fix your game GGG
