My character from patch 0.2 dissapered

Hello,

I installed newest patch and after this my 92 lvl character dissapeared. I see it on website (https://pathofexile2.com/my-account/overview)but not in the game.

On my PS5Pro I also see Early Access as ready to buy but I bought it couple of months ago. When I try to play on my other profile it says I need to buy it.

I really don't know what is going on.

Any idea?
