Interlude Qimah Reservoir Sacred Well Bug

Vial of Sacred Water should be dropped twice.

1. One Vial of Sacred Water is dropped by enemies - NO!!
2. The other Vial of Sacred Water can be found in a chest in the Bloodbildge boss room - Yes

but only one dropped, leading incompletion. I re-cleared multiple time, but no luck.

still no fix to this

Ran into this bug today, cleared through twice and got zero drop of sacred water. I did get the water to drop from the chest in the urn room.

the same here. It dropped only from the chest, no water from the mobs.
