Reduce quantity and increase rarity on loot

There is a cleansed map mod that have exactly that - reduced quantity and increasing significantly the rarity and actually feels really good to run those maps, because it's opens up visual clarity and the loot is somewhat "smart loot feel"! I think this should be default of the loot for endgame.

The game is yet again bloated with meaningless choices. Exaggerations are everywhere. Loot is exaggerated, density is exaggerated, speed is exaggerated, spell/skill effects are exaggerated..

I'm in the very endgame 15+ tier maps and i juice them as much as possible and often i meet up combinations -> Delirium, Expedition visual ground art, corrupted mobs and abysses and it's too much density, too much loot, too much effects i cannot see anything and feels terrible to play that. It's feels way too punished than rewarded when you want to juice your content. And the punishment is not damage wise, but visual one! It feels very TIRESOME!

When i talk about reduced quantity, I mean for the endgame part. The Campaign loot quality is fine as the pace too. Also i don't consider the currency loot. Currency drop is fine, if not it is needing a little bit buff on the high end currency. I'm talking about the equipment loot - it is too much and the currency loot does not match the equipment loot and feels terrible as a feeling of play. You should have more currency drop and less equipment drop

At launch the loot was in my opinion the best it's version. The only issue the loot had was that the currency loot was too scarce. We wanted more currency loot and not equipment one.

Mind you I play SSF and i'm forced to pick up almost if not every rare loot to have the best chance to keep up and have gear for future characters. But the problem is i waste too much time with picking, checking the loot and disenchanting.. I want to have more time combating and slaying monsters than checking loot that often.. This issue is mostly on this patch. Abysses drop way too much useless equipment loot.

BTW reduce the Two-handed weapons drop rate and increase the drop rate of jewelry. There is too much Two-handed weapons dropping. When i play a character with Two-handed i get hoarded too fast, bc of this.

Make equipment loot less dropping and make the stat combination to be smarter/ better outcomes. It will feel better to play - More time for slaying and less time for checking and crafting and this also will give us a better visual clarity!! What is the logic to be hoarded with useless loot and checking loot every few steps and see it's garbage - THAN having more scarce equipment loot but when you see one you know you'll get something especially if it's yellow(i cannot call them rare anymore) <- this feels way better and way less TIRESOME!!

Right now it feels the game is designed from a child. It does not feel professional. That exaggeration is not needed!!


Please also make the new Exceptional loot border highlighted, like the tablets!

Yeah, picking up loot in PoE2 is not exciting in the slightest to be honest. You know it will be crap because chance of rolling actually good item (comparable to some entry-lvl crafting) is like 0.001%

You do T15 maps so in theory pretty much around highest difficulty the game has to offer and barely even see T5 items. And according to the fact that even T5 items are trash 99,8% of times because even if they in theory have a bit better mods, they still may have bad mod combination.

We cannot really do anything about bad mod combinations, but higher lvl of difficulty should pretty much filter the trash out as a default. At T15 you should not ever see any mods being rolled below like T4-T5 and ilvl should not drop below area level. Meanwhile I can sometimes even drop a 54 ilvl gear there for some reason.
