Temporal Rift should give back infusions

One of the main problems with chronomancer is that Chronomancer is packed with incredible amount of utility and with addition of the new curse also somewhat burst damage.

However that doesn't really fix the overall issues as you are MUCH better off playing stormweaver.

My proposition is to give temporal rift an addition of also reverting back to state where she has infusions. So you restore mana, health and energy shield and obtain back your infusions.

This alone could add lot of damage and utility to chronomancer and make an interesting loop where you collect infusions, dump them on enemy group. then proceed to temporal rift and get back your infusions and continue this loop.
