Is AI being used for the support e-mail?
I feel like their support is definitely ran partly by AI. I sent them an email from 3 different e-mails because I could not figure out which e-mail belongs to the account I use for poe2 since I cannot log in. Then for each e-mail address when I send the first message I get a reply within 10minutes but their reply always asks me for some extra information or disregards the information I have already provided. After the first initial reply I never get an e-mail back. To me it seems like AI is programmed to stall the support tickets and show the customer a false sense of "we are doing something" but in reality you might be waiting for weeks on end without a reply from a real person. Has anyone experienced something similar? I have had so many different exchanges with the "support" without any help actually being provided.
to give some background: I made a joke about RMTing, I got banned for 24h, my ban didnt expire after 24h, i apologized and admitted it was stupid, kept getting asked for stuff like my account name and 4 number id (which I couldnt access because my account was locked). In my head like, I am not asking to recover my password or anything like that, I just want to be unbanned. after so many back and forth emails i finally got this: [Removed by Support] Despite the ban message saying that it would only last 24h. I asked the support to verify since I have never RMTed ever. I literally delete all my characters with hundreds of divines worth of gear and I asked the support to look into that with no avail. Is a single joke, as dumb as it was, is really a sufficent proof to basically ban someone 2 weeks into the new league while the ban probably gonna until the next league given how slow support is?
