Deadly boss node inaccessible

From what I understand to be able to do the deadly boss nodes, I need to do the nodes with glowing wisps around it. In this screenshot, there's no more glowing wisp around it and the glowing wisps are on the deadly boss node itself. I can't access the node at all. GGG please fix.
