#    Bones of Ullr, Lattice Sandals‌ movement bug

According to my character stats when I have these boots equipped "Bones of Ullr" I am at 22% movement speed. When I try to run it seems as though it wants to move fast but then the screen blinks and my movement slows down. I did try on another set of rare boots which only give me 19.3% movement speed but they function correctly and move faster than the other boots.
