Cant complete Jade Isles due to arena bug

Team of 3 on Jade Isles. One man was able to make it into the second phase arena but the other 2 got locked out and couldnt go into second arena. Teammate who made it in died and still couldnt enter fight. Incredibly discouraging bug on a map thats already rare.
