Unarmed concoctions still can't use Heralds

Persisting problem from previous patches. Concoction skills still cannot be used with Heralds. I was trying a poison pathfinder build until this singular lack-of interaction completely stopped the build, because acid concoction can't be used with herald of poison which is strange.
