Blood Mage ascendancy skill "Gore Spike" displays no effect.

This may be an interface error, or maybe the skill actually has no effect - I cannot tell.

The displayed dps and critical damage on my abilities does not change at all when clicking the skill, nor does the skill display that it effects anything:
