Ritual Cadence Inconsistency

Ritual Cadence has a few bugs that make it behave weirdly and break its usefulness.

Massive Edit: I figured out that the issue I listed previously regarding the energy suddenly disappearing and the faulty targeting are one in the same. Below is the revised bug report for accuracy

Ritual Cadence Target Hard Lock

Summary: Once used, the casted Invocation spells will, without fail, target the same enemy, even long after they have been defeated. This results in the skill canceling itself and the remaining Energy to disappear. This only occurs with skill that specifically require a target, like Living Bomb

1. Allocate Ritual Cadence and equip a Dueling Wand for Spellslinger.
2. Link Living Bomb to Spellslinger
3. Cast other skills to build Energy for Spellslinger.
4. Enter Combat and activate Spellslinger.
5. Notice that both during active combat and after, the Invaocion will continue to target the same enemy/corpse it started on.
6. Walk out of the casting Range of Living Bomb from this target.
7. Notice that Spellslinger has stopped casting and all remaining Energy has been lost.

The expected behavior here is that the Spell should always target the enemy nearest to the cursor (or however console targeting works, assuming the same issue). This would allow it to continue casting, only needing to recharge after fully and properly expending all Energy.

I like Ritual Cadence for what it offers, mainly a less cheesy and more consistent way to almost automate Invocation casts, as opposed to doing weird stuff like abusing numlock, which also happens to be PC exclusive, afaik.

Compared to that particular trick, it trades raw activation speed for consistency, which is great for the particular spell I'm using with it (Living Bomb), but much less so for other skills.
