Cast Speed/Movement debuff in Eye of Hinekora stays on character

There's a white circle that spawns on the ground during a strongbox in Eye of Hinekora that slows movement speed and cast speed, after completing the strongbox, my character was stuck with this debuff until I respawned at checkpoint.
