The Black Crow map boss gets stuck in phase 1

After reaching life treshold required for it to go grab his bell it tries to run, instantly snaps out of it and continues to fight as nothing had happened (but takes less damage), and after reaching 55% hp (I presume treshold for phase 3) stops taking damage completely, but continues to fight in its phase 1.
