Ever ranger skill needs to be retesed on roa.

I am constantly having to get off and back on the roa to get skills working. Freezing salvo I will have to get off multiple time to get the counter to go up, lighting rod just refuses to cast on the roa sometimes, it would be really cool if skills worked the way they were supposed to.
